Ingredients
1. 1 can of Loma Linda Prime Stakes
2. 2 cups bean sprouts, boiled for 10 minutes
3. 1 cup bell pepper, julienned
4. 2 cups spinach, blanched and water squeezed
5. 2 cups carrots, julienned
6. 2 cup mushrooms of your choice
7. 1 cup cabbage, julienned
8. Salt to taste
9. 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
10. 2 tablespoon sesame oil (divided in 6 parts of 1 teaspoon)
11. 2 cups rice, cooked
12. Sesame seeds for garnishing
Gochujang sauce:
1. 2 tablespoon Gochujang paste
2. 2 tablespoon brown sugar
3. 2 teaspoon tamari
4. 2 teaspoon sesame oil
5. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
6. 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
