Loma Linda Chili Dog

An American classic made vegan. Get creative with your favorite toppings for this simple recipe.

Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients

1 Can of Loma Linda Big Franks

1 pouch of Loma Linda Ultimate Chili

6 Hot Dog Buns

Optional:

Chopped Green onions

Onions

Cilantro

Ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce

Grated cheese

Directions

  1. Place 6 Big Franks on a grill or on a non-stick skillet. (Use a dash of olive oil when cooking in a non-stick skillet.)
  2. Grill for a couples of minutes. Turn often to avoid overcooking.
  3. Place Big Franks in opened buns, and top with a spoonful of Loma Linda Ultimate Chili.
  4. Add your favorite toppings. We used mustard, ketchup and green onions, but we also love cilantro, grilled onions and barbecue sauce!
