Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup neutral-tasting oil, such as canola or grape seed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 neat egg prepared according to package directions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
