BBQ CHIK’N Pasta Salad

This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold but, in both cases, it’s a winner!

It’s the perfect lunch and makes a great Sunday dinner!

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

2 cans CHIK’N BBQ

1 lb. Macaroni

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup canned corn, drained.

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan and cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain, and place into a large bowl.
  3. Add CHIK’N BBQ, avocado, corn, lime juice and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Top with green onion.
  5. Enjoy hot or cold!
