BBQ CHIK’N Pizza

Did you know Loma Linda CHIK’N is a great pizza topping? Well, now is the time for you to try it! CHIK’N will add plant-protein, texture, and flavor to your pizza! We kept it simple and added vegan mozzarella, onions and mushrooms. Let us know if you get creative and use any other toppings!

Ingredients

  • 1 can CHIK’N BBQ
  • 1 ball of pizza dough, rolled out to 8″ in diameter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup vegan mozzarella
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 white button mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on top and sprinkle mozzarella, CHIK’N BBQ, onion, and mushroom slices.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 min.
