Easy Plant-Based Chicken Fried Rice

This quick recipe uses plant-based pantry staples for a delicious and healthy dinner!

Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can CHIK’N Broth
  • Brown Rice
  • Canned peas
  • Canned green beans
  • Avocado oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Drain all canned items and add to hot wok with avocado oil.
  2. Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Then, increase the heat to medium high and add cooked rice, garlic powder and soy sauce. Continue cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Optional: Enjoy with Sriracha and green onions on top!
