Thai Sweet Chili Fishless Tacos with Mango Salsa

It takes Loma Linda Thai Sweet Chili TUNO to tango with this mango salsa!  The flavors will have your tastebuds dancing!

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

Salsa:

  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 fresh mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • 1 fresh red chili pepper, finely chopped (add according to the desired spiciness)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. First, combine the salsa ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, microwave the TUNO for 45 seconds, until warmed.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing a quarter of the TUNO on each tortilla, top with generous spoonfuls of the mango salsa.
  4. Enjoy!
