Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients
½ cup plant-based milk
1 tablespoon
The neat Egg
mix made according to packaging instrucitons
½ cup water
¼ cup plant-based butter, melted
1 tablespoon organic sugar
2 tablespoons high-quality maple syrup
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
Nonstick spray
Directions
Heat a griddle, crepe maker, or a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Whisk together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
Spray the cooking surface with non-stick spray.
Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the surface.
Using a crepe spreader, form a thin, even circle.
Cook until golden and then flip to cook the other side.
Continue with the remaining batter. Enjoy!
