7 Layer Taco Dip

This recipe features 7 layers of plant-based heaven for your vegan AND non vegan guests! This easy appetizer is perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch neat southwest mix
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 10 oz. salsa jar
  • 1 10 oz. store-bought guacamole or (2 cups homemade guacamole)
  • 1 10 oz. refried beans cans
  • 2 cups grated vegan cheddar
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup vegan sour cream

Directions

  1. Prepare the entire pouch of neat meat according to the crumbles recipe on the packaging.
  2. In a 7″x11″ casserole dish, layer: Refried beans, Sour cream, Salsa, neat Meat Crumbles, Tomatoes, Guacamole
  3. Top with grated cheese and olives. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetable sticks!
